Grotto Street
From Bikeview - Infrastructure Wiki
Grotto Street is a low-traffic north/south residential street in Saint Paul. The main useful segment runs from the bluff near Saint Clair Avenue to Pierce Butler Route, crossing Interstate 94 by way of a pedestrian bridge. Grotto reappears for a few short and not very useful segments further to the north. The main section of Grotto serves as a great north/south route with very little competing traffic.
