Franklin Avenue
From Bikeview - Infrastructure Wiki
Franklin Avenue is a fairly busy east/west corridor across south Minneapolis with a bridge across the Mississippi River. Between West River Parkway and University Avenue, Franklin is a designated Bike Route. On-street bike lanes are a planned future development as part of the Bike Walk Twin Cities program.
The Franklin Avenue Bridge currently has no dedicated bike lane or striped shoulder, but does provide a sidewalk along each edge that is commonly used by cyclists. (refer to the Google Street View from the bridge, looking east).
