I used to do that before MOCA started the current Theo trail. I'd wake up around 6am and get an hours worth of riding in before I had to shower up and go to work. It was totally awesome in the late summer/early fall standing in the woods of Wirth with a thin layer of fog engulfing the trail.
I'm jealous!
