Tag.

Has anyone ever had their wheels blown out from underneath them? Crazy wind. I need to get some some eye protection.

I think that the Irish theme is cool since it's St. Paul and all but if you use one like this you should start off with a really easy clue or give the location. It is speed tag after all. Or if your want to wait and see if someone knows where it is for a couple of hours and then give the location or clues. :)

Given the speedy notoriety of your beloved city, I figured it didn't matter much. But a clue is due. Its on the way to tricks and drinks. If you follow Radlerin's preferred route to the event, its right there in the alley adjacent to the major intersection.

Here is the clue shot.
