AFSCME's gonna tie the Board of Regents and Bob Bruinicks up to a chair and staple their assholes shut and just keep feedin' 'em, and feedin' 'em, and feedin' 'em...

Also, a mix I made that I call "The Best of CaPE."
CaPE (Collaborative Production Experiment) is a project that goes on over at THE WOMB, which is a site full of sound folks. It's a mix of professional studio engineers (including some guys whose careers make me go weak in the knees, like the guy who once said that his proudest career moment was probably having the Top Ten include three Beatles songs, and seven songs he worked on - he worked at Motown at the time), amateur studio guys (many of whom either used to work professionally, or just sound like they did), musicians, live sound guys, and songwriters. Once or twice a year, they have a project where they put together teams to produce original songs. The quality of the stuff is, frankly, shockingly good. As my brother-in-law said, "that may be the best use of the internet I've ever heard." Of course, he's never heard similar stuff coming out of other websites, but CaPE is really good, and really fun.
At any rate, head over to Mixerman's site, and hit the CaPE Radio link. If your looking for some good reading while your there, check out Mixerman's diary. Then buy the book, because other wise you'll miss the ending!
The Best of CaPE playlist-

Team Industry
Team Intuition
Team Catharsis
Team Chardonnay
Team Campfire (That was my team, the one year I did it)
Team Hypnosis
Team Elemental
Team Conception
Team Azimuth

Does that album have the coffee commercial they did? That band fucking rules. I would gladly lay down my life for them.

There's two versions of the album
I have a promo copy of the weak version, which is the first disc of the DELUXE version
But yes the Duncan Hills Coffee Jingle is on the deluxe edition
The tour is going to happen
