I don't usually like to toot my own horn but TOTH to me for explaining to the kid in the wheelchair that he technically shouldn't be on the walking path.

I can't tell if you are kidding. Morally and legally, wheelchair users are pedestrians and should go wherever other pedestrians go, though an electric-assist wheelchair may be operated on a bike path.

TOTH: The ~13yo girl on a hybrid absolutely hauling; I didn't know someone so tiny could ride so fast!
WOTF: The same girl, while haulin' along, was on her cell phone riding on the sidewalk, nearly taking out my 3yo on his Big Wheel and flying through and intersection in front of a car without paying any attention.

WOTF to old shakopee road and the 15% of its vehicular occupants between 7am and 9am, Monday through Friday, who feel the need to honk/flip me off/zing me/cut me off/or yell at me. You are the only stressful part about my morning.
TOTH to old shakopee road and the other 85%. Thanks for going around me and realizing that the red light ahead of you is the only thing slowing your commute down!
But seriously, fuck that 15%. And the potholes.

WOTF to the Asian Foods truck that slowed, but quickly rolled through the stop at 27th and Nicollet. I was riding down Nicollet and sensed the driver was in a hurry, only looking for cars and not stopping. So I slowed and could tell he didn't see me until he was already committed and had punched the gas. He then held up his right hand in the window to signal me to stop, I think. TOTH to me for my Spidey sense today. Seems I have it when I most need it, as I knock wood.

WOTF for me while driving for scaring a cyclist while making a right turn into the Wells Fargo on Franklin. I did check the bike lane, and I didn't see any pedestrians near the driveway I was turning into. Sorry to scare you, dude.
WOTF for the cyclist who decided going against traffic at night on a sidewalk without lights was a smart thing to do.
