http://www.giro.com/us_en/products/cycl ... idetm.htmli really love them, previously i had a pair of Pearl Izumi X-alp seek's which were nice but the cleat wasn't quite recessed enough and they never stayed tight with laces. http://www.amazon.com/Shimano-PD-M520-O ... B003ZMDK5Ci have a pair of those on my SS fuji too they have served me well.

I should really own more than one set of pedals.

TOTH to these last few days of winter commuting with my fellow commuters. It's going to get crazy on the bikeways again soon--as soon as next week--especially if gas prices keep rising. Here's to the hardy souls who don't need 50 degree weather and did the ice biking thing instead. I never saw fewer than six other cyclists on my route all winter long, and even though the winter was mild by our standards, some of those rides were...interesting. Maybe I'll get to see some faces once the balaclavas come off Bike Love!

TOTH: to many days seeing more Female cyclist then male cyclists. Defiantly putting the smack down on gender based stereotypes and showing the world what's up.

Is this the impact of greaserag? Whatever the reason, I am really impressed by the volume of female winter riders this year, TOTH! Tho, it is kinda hard to get a date with one when your voice is muffled with a balaclava, and carried away with the wind...

TOTH to the MetroTransit driver who stopped and put on his flashers so I could make a left turn onto the park trail. I hadn't signaled yet, but he must have noticed me looking over my shoulder and fading to the left.

WOTF to the four ninja cyclists taking the right lane on Lyndale heading south, nearing 24th street after dark tonight. I was driving in the left lane and saw a car turning left at 24th. So I looked in my rear view mirror, saw no one in the the right lane and merged right. Then I saw you four behind me, no front lights. If you are going to ride Lyndale after dark, at least get some head lights
