Sunday April 1st starting at 1 PM FrogTown Wheelers will host the Spokes and Jokes alley-cat race. The race is 20 miles including the bonus stops and 15 miles without. The event costs $3 if participants register before race-day and $5 on race-day. The first 75 people to register will get a free race t-shirt. The race begins and ends at the bike shop, Cycles for Change, located on 712 University Avenue in St. Paul. An after-party with food, music, and prizes will follow the race.

FrogTown Wheelers is a youth organization for high schoolers that works in conjunction with the bike shop Cycles for Change, formerly Sibley Bike Depot, in St. Paul. FrogTown Wheelers is directed by a group of inspired youth who are empowered by Cycles for Change to branch out into the community to help other youth learn, explore, and most of all have fun with bicycles.
