I can't take credit for those pictures. I just ran into the slideshow which seems to have been done by Hennepin County. Pretty cool, though. Can't wait to cross it myself.

It's been exciting to watch the progression of the bridge on trips up and down Marshall. The aesthetics of the new one are also much better than the old one.
I'm not looking forward to having to actually stop at Lowry/Marshall or the increased traffic.
The photog who made that slideshow did a darn good job.

That's a great picture. I like seeing the saddle in it. I always hated crossing the old bridge on a motorcycle because of the metal grating.
What do you want to bet the engineering firm went back over the math for the effect of cable vibrations in light of the problems with Sabo?
