Edit: also, if you're gonna post some hot, sexy bike porn you need to post at least a few specs. Jeez.

Every saddle is different. Some are OK right away, some never seem to break in, but most feel good in 100 to 200 miles.

Right now I have the seat that came with my bike, and it feels terrible.

I have a team pro that took almost 1k miles to really start feeling good. Might have been because it sat in the box in my parents basement for 15 years.

I have three so I guess I'm in the love crowd. My friend Bob had one that never seemed to break in but he liked it anyway. Eventually it broke (Bob's a big guy) and and he tried a few others, but decided he liked the Brooks and so got another.

I have Brooks saddles on all my bikes. In my opinion, once they are finally broken in to your butt, there is no more comfortable saddle made. But they do come in different models, so make sure you get the one best suited to your riding style/position on the bike and your butt size, as in how wide a saddle do you prefer. Mine have taken a few hundred miles to really break in, but I only weigh 145 lbs. I've also had great luck with used Brooks saddles. They were already broken in and seemed to form to me in a much shorter time. Also, buy some Brooks Proofide and treat your saddle with it as needed.

im about 230 (hoping to drop that number a lot this summer) i go tthe B17 narrow, its pretty much the same shape of saddle iv been using on all my bikes. its starting to feel slightly better and not as stiff, i can actually press it in a tad now so i hope after a couple hundred miles it will be fine.

As crazy as it may seem it's some very great low impact exercise Aside from that, do you two take the saddle with you when you park the bike? I see some people remove the seat, but others leave it when they lock their bike, I would have a hard time just leaving my $100+ seat just hanging out there basking in the sun.
