I thought you were supposed to take reviews with a grain of salt, not tell the reviewer they are wrong for not being happy with the service they received. Weird.

I thought people would have moved on from this pointless rant by now.

when I was 5 years old I thought if I stood still, people would think I was a statue. When I was 5.5 years old I realized "why in the fuck would there be a statue of me in my Grandma's Living room?"

when i was young i would try to see up the skirts of models in the JcPenney's adds by holding the picture above my head while looking up. not much of a view.

moral of the story, if you dont like a certain business just STFU and go somewhere else.
the end.

"If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all."

Somehow that doesn't seem to work too well when writing reviews.

I certainly want to know when a shop does it really, really right, but if they get it really wrong, I want to know that too. I wouldn't base my perceptions on just one review, but when I read a bunch of them that does influence me.

"I have spent hundreds of dollars at the hub over the years..." :D These comments always make me laugh when people return things. Some people spend thousands in one season, for years. What does that entitle those customers too?

Banjo stuff looks and feels cheap because it is cheap. For the money it is great stuff though.

If you would have contacted Banjo, you would have found their customer service to be top notch. Banjo offers "loaner" bags to locals while THEY REPAIR YOUR BAG BY HAND here in MPLS. Often picking it up by bicycle from you. Who does that????

So warranty claims are flawless with Banjo.

I would have just taken store credit, since you spend so much there anyway.

I'm humbled when I catch a glimpse of my lifetime spending at my home shop.

I'd say handjobs at the very least.

Now that's full service.

But do they offer full refunds?

The West Bank Hub is my favorite shop when it comes to bike repair and maintenence and in this city it is beating out some very tough competiton. The Service here is incredible. The staff are willing to talk to me at length just because with no prospect of a sale -merely for my edification. I have that Banjo Bros. Back pack and I love it.Yeah It's cheap. That's the point. I couldn't afford the Chrome pack that costs twice as much. I had do a couple sewing repirs on the straps over the but the pack is a great value for the money. Personally, I think they probably should have offered you a refund initially but store credit is not unreasonable. To see what a legitimite beef with a Bike shop looks like check out the thread about Nokomis Bike shop. (Full disclosure. I started that thread.)
