We're getting some scaffolding over here to get the exterior wall work done, but
anybody who is comfortable moving around over a 10-15' drop to the pavement

 Hey, People! Are you pretty effing strong? See these wood braces lying flat on the concrete? They're really really heavy and we need to set them alongside the short sides of this here hut by carefully moving them just a few feet! We really really need strong people to show up for a few minutes this Sunday late morning! It won't take long, and it'll still be heavy as hell, but it'll be doable. Fortunately, they're bottom-heavy, rather than top-heavy. Among the helpers will be a state deadlifting champion. You don't need to be one.
