Sort of like the "Post of the week", but more like "the last word on a subject", after which the thread is forever changed, and possibly dead for all intents and purposes, except to those who have not realized it is dead yet. This weeks winner: jitterjep Nominated by: jakemohan "When I was a teenager I had three best friends that I was with from sunrise until we had to go home at night. We did everything together. One of these friends was killed by a speeding cop. The cop was going 90 in a 45 when he killed my friend and he didn't even get a speeding ticket. He even got to keep his job even though he was in a squad car only about 3 blocks the station which he had just left and he wasn't on a call. He was just hotrodding. ..." http://mplsbikelove.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=268604#p268604

Sounds like a thread where the "cool kids" tell the uncool kids to play in traffic.
The term "cliquey" comes to mind.

The term "cliquey" comes to mind. Aren't you forming your own "clique" that consists of the posts you can still see? It must be cozy in there, but you should expose yourself to ideas you don't necessarily believe in.

The term "cliquey" comes to mind. AF - you shitting on threads never gets old. Please put me on your foe list now so you dont have to see this "cool" kids' posts, and then I never have to see you respond. I think the issue is less "cool" people VS "uncool" people, and more "you like to be a dick". For the record, I am not a "cool" kid - I just TALK to REAL PEOPLE IN PERSON, and make JOKES on the internet. Maybe provoke and tease a bit. I really hope that when I get old and crusty like you, the puss coming out of my saddle sores is half as putrescent as the idiotic BS you spew. For real though, you ride a bike, I ride a bike... cant we all get along, and skip the whole "I hate you people Ive never met" thing? It is really, really lame and boring. Thanks, "That Guy" PS - I also love the Foe GIF!

From Jitterjepp in the epic "Should mopeds be allowed on the Greenway?" thread: Quote: I can't believe this thread is still going.
Most threads die much easier. It's like it's not running on a battery. It's like a bunch of folks are pedaling it on.
