Bike the US for MS - Summer 2011:

Bike the US for MS organizes cross country bike trips that raise awareness for Multiple Sclerosis research. These tours follow America's most traveled cross country cycling routes and combine an important cause with an incredible experience. Each rider raises money for the cause based on the mileage of the trip. There are three trips available:

1) Trans American - through the heart of America on the TransAm/Western Express
2) Northern Tier - northern US coming through the TC

Both cross country (2 months) trips are supported, meaning gear is carried in the van.

3) Pacific Coast - loaded tour from WA to CA carrying your own gear (1 month)

Riders can also just sign up to do one or two states. Riders will need to bring their own camping and biking gear, but accommodations are paid for.
