It's really hard to tell, but the cranks on that "7 pound" bike might be the crazy rare Mavic "starfish" cranks.
Could also be cheapo Shimano.

I saw a Michelob Ultra Trek the other day. It was blue and white and styled like a can of that shitty horse piss.
I lol'd.
But hey the bike was probably free. So meh.

Must have been a cyclist who stole the bike
and left the Dew. Who else would feel so bad
about leaving someone bikeless, that they'd
leave one behind?

Here's that posting.

Quote: Azonic Eliminator DH bike - $2500-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reply to: sale-330239410@craigslist.orgDate: 2007-05-13, 7:13PM CDT Azonic Eliminator DH bike. This is an AWESOME ride. Full on World Cup quality race bike. This is the machine Lutsen had in mind when it started running the chair lifts for biking. 8" travel ft w/ 7-9" adjustable rear. XTR-XT parts throughout. Holzfeller crank, Romic rear shock, Bombshell Bad Betty fork, XT brakes w/ 8"rotors. Tioga DH pedals. This bike will also rock as an urban assult rig. Def a good deal. Completly set up as is, price would for sure be pushing $4k. I was going to get back into DH racing but decided I'm too old, (36). Will handle 60mph at Lutsen no problem though. I never crashed it either. You can look at this link for ideas on price. The pics are wrong. Then headset is a yellow Cane Creek C5 sealed HS. http://www.mtbr.com/reviews/Frameset/pr ... 1874.shtml That's just for the frameset. contact me at masonskr@hotmail.com to set up a showing. Thanks Location: crystal

i stopped midstream, but damn:
"getting hands cut off by kitchen knives, etc."
funny, i'd been thinking about using seatposts as a front for my short fiction.
