We had another fun filled ride last night. Thanks to Lowrah (demo'd all those great wrenching skills by helping someone in need), PIC for all the laughs, and thanks Harriet for coming out for your first ride.
We're on for next Wednesday so come join us!

That was a great WOW, thanks for having me along emma55jean, poorimpulsecontrol and HGuthertz!
I think it is great what emma55jean said last night, as I was eating delicious garden harvest cake, "WoW is for us, because we do things a little different." Totally. (Referring to us riding further east on the Greenway than other groups, sticking together when there's an incident, saying hello to people we ride by..)
Happy birthday, emma55jean! Enjoy your vacation!!

I just wanted to drop in and say thanks to all the ladies for coming out for the WoW rides. It means a lot to the Coalition, and to all the Greenway riders. Thanks for helping us keep the Greenway safe!

Thanks for the kind words, Gabe - we're having a blast.
This ride is on for tonight - I'm leaving shortly to get the goodies to make Butterscotch Bars as the treat. Peacock Groove has invited us by for a tour of his shop - may be tonight's the night! (and don't forget, ladies, we're in the running for a custom frame made by Eric himself - but you have to ride to get in the drawing).
Many of you have said "I've got this commitment, I can't come on Wednesdays until . . . " Come out for a night, come out once in awhile, but please come and ride with us! We really do need more ladies to ride.

Super fun. Um, that wind was righteous. I think I might have woken the neighborhood up when I broke the sound barrier with the tailwind I had on the way home.

Cool - now we have a sponsor (PG was awesome - not at all what I expected, like him alot) and our own signature sign/greeting! Fun things are coming up for Bike Walk Week - stay tuned!

Ride is on for tonight and it's our third week! Word on the street is we have new ladies joining us.
Almond jam bars are the treat tonight - the ride easily burns off all the calories. Look forward to seeing you all again, 8 pm at the 10th avenue entrance of Midtown Global Market, right above the Greenway. PM me if you need info/details.

You kind Ladies will always have a safe spot to stop at on these rides.
The Groove headquarters would be a nice windbreaker for you all if you wish to stop by. I will be leaving the shop around ten pm....you are all welcome to stop by for a "break".
