This happened yesterday coming back from Fort Snelling Cemetery.

Down that steep steep hill, my pannier bag threw itself into my rear
wheel locking it up. I didn't have much time to react, and I ended up
falling down hard.

Aside from some gnarly road rash on my elbow and knee, I found this
little gem on mi bum.

Slightly NSFW

Were you in the group that rolled past the historic site around 6ish? I saw spoke cards, but couldn't make them out, and didn't want to yell in front of my sister-in-law, her husband, and their 3 kids. We were having a picnic nearer to the bluff.
How's that fell while sitting?

Nope that wasn't us, Radlerin and I were riding just the two of us and right now all of our spoke cards are either on the work bench or in other bikes. It actually doesn't feel *too* bad while riding, though getting on the bike is a bit of a chore. I would think about posting new pics, but NOBODY needs to see the fact that the bruise is now 50% larger then when I took the picture 10 hours ago....

I know Sveden and a couple of others were headed in that direction close to that time, it could have been them?

Holy crap! That's one impressive bruise. Do you have any arnica gel on hand? That could help.
