TOTH: weather!
WOTF: girl riding in the 10th Ave bike lane north of University, going the wrong way at 10 pm with no lights. Only when I yelled "hey!" did she suddenly notice me (and I could pass for a lamppost) and swerve. Thankfully, there was no car traffic or this could have been a tragic ending.
TOTH to same girl for riding in the bike lane with traffic after I told her that what she was doing was unsafe.

Perhaps we should only hire people who know the damn city.
