I was going to post in whatever random thread but this bike deserves its own thread (even if it's somehow bad etiquette to post someone else's bike\work).

BikeJerks:

Erik Noren has outdone himself. This bike is just so outrageous it's beautiful. Bravo.

It'd be priceless to hear some of the classic bike snobs at NAHBS scoff at this.

So who gets to ride this thing? Where do I sign up to take this for a spin around Calhoun on a warm Saturday in spring?

I just ran into 2F4L, and he said this, like the Appetite For Destruction bike, is one of Erik's personal show bikes. Just look at the length of that headtube.

OP, do you really think this is his best work to date or are you just being slightly superlative?

Best craftsmanship or "nicest" bike? No. But for me this bike has more shock value than any other PG creation I've seen, and that's an important part of the builder's style. It's made to stand out and it definitely will. It outdoes the Fruit Stripe bike or Kill Bill (sorry omgmrj), for example.

Help...I am missing the obvious here clearly. Do track bikes have really short head tubes typically?

Also I wish it had a double barrel shot gun mounted under the top tube. Looks way cool with the chainsaw chain on it.

I think that's a reference to Eric's height.
