Found one of those rear rack bags, it was yellow and pretty faded. It had some valuables in it that someone would not want to lose, I found it on the bike path right behind the Depot in Hopkins. I left it with the management there. I think the drivers licence said the person was from Shakopee. So if you know who this belongs to, pass the word that the bag is safe at the Depot.
