Looks like a decent deal to build a touring rig. Sure, if you want a bike with 27' wheels and a seven-speed rear (stock build - if the owner upgraded it to 8+ it would totally be worth $150)

Bought at an auction so history is un-known. The only info is it was made in Italy and has the letters LP on it. It is a full, naked car-top bike rack (rails, bike rack and wheel uptights). Your car has to look like the one in the photo for this to work. Rain gutter type rail on the roof and your car doors must open under that rain guard. Mostly olders type cars, or maybe on a SUV with factory rails on the roof.

Ever since cars went to a molded grove on the roofline, and better gaskets around the door, very few have this integrated gutter anymore.
