Forget the leg machine and do bulgarian split squats and One Legged Squats (The Pistol). Get a Bosu when those are too easy.

bosu goblet squats are the shit. I should do them more often but they attract too much attention at the gym.

Does anyone have a guitar capo you are not using? I'd like one. I'll buy it from you. Also, I will trade a venison/pork blend of meat. It's great for chili.

In fact, does anyone want to trade anything for some ground venison and pork?

Mostly silver or grey, long cage rear derailleur. Needs to wrap some serious chain (like 43/44 chain wrap). Vintage (probably MTB?) is cool, Deore LX/XT, Sram.

Go buy one? I'd also specify if you're looking for disc or rim brake.

Why would you need braking surface on a fixed-gear wheel?
You are looking in the right place, bc only these bike nerds would have a 26" fixed wheel sitting around, but good luck finding one in retail world. You will prob have to build it yo-self.

PS, this bike nerd has something that might work, no guarantee tho. PM me if interested. If it will work, id take a sixer of something yum, or a four of Surly (beer)

PPS, I say "if", bc I think what I have is spaced non standard, but that can be fixed (see what I did there?)

I think we should probably split that sixer.
