Does anyone know about the road project on Minnetonka Blvd at 169? Drove though there tonight andit looks like the are relating a MUP or cyclopath on the south side of Minnetonka Blvd.

That would make sense and explain the storm sewer and manhole cover next to what is left of the road.

Looks like that is what they are doing:

Nice! Thanks for the research!

Edit... wanted to add I have been riding that part of Minnetonka Blvd since I was 14 years old, 30 years ago. This is A LONG TIME coming.

I drove Minnetonka Blvd at 169 this weekend and was super happy to see a full bike lane (shoulder) on the west-bound side and the full raised cyclopath (?) on the east-bound side. This will be a huge improvement on the section of road.

When the wife and I ride to the city we often ride down to Hopkins (Lake Mtka LRT and back up the Cedar Trail) to avoid the section of Mtka Blvd.
