My hottest date every was at Schaar's Bluff in Spring Lake Park overlooking the Mississippi. There's wooded river bluffs to walk along, privacy, and some lovely views. http://www.co.dakota.mn.us/LeisureRecreation/CountyParks/Locations/SpringLake/SchaarsBluffLocationandDirections.htm(Don't confuse this park in Dakota County with the city in Anoka County.) Cyclopath say's it's about 26 miles from my house in south Minneapolis so it might be a bit far for a bike date.

I got a spot along the river thats pretty seculuded at night, with a great view of downtown. Great to go down there with some beer and watch the downtown lights turn off at midnight. You can do this with your date, or even by yourself!

There's just so many. Ride up to the top of parkin ramps downtown; cruise either side of the river, or better yet, do it on a bridge. Neighborhood parks are also cute and homey and no matter where you are, you're probably only 6 blocks from a park. This is one of my favorite spots.

Top of Fairview Park. Great view of downtown from the North.
