You get:
1 room in lower level of house (about 11 x 11')
Your own bathroom (90% of the time)
Use of the main floor kitchen, living room, laundry etc
Access to an awesome yard and garden/patio (+ barrel style smoker grill)
Access to heated garage work area w/ 220 service & room for bikes (no cars though)
Off street parking if you have a car.
Super nice & quiet neighborhood, walking distance to coffee shop and a few other amenities.
~ $450 including heat/utilities ( wireless high speed internet access too)
amount may be negotiable - we'll talk
Caveats:
Non smokers preferred - can't smoke in the house
Must love my tiny dog
Can't do Cats, but am willing to check out a small dog.
