750 ml's. aka wine bottle size.

on that note, props to surly for putting their limited release stuff in bigger bottles. seems like most other breweries go with the 22oz bomber. if im going to keep one for a few years in my basement, might as well have MORE OF IT!!!

I'll be in line by 8am, 830 latest. Last year they tapped a couple kegs of coffee bender for the folks near the front of the line......

Anyone know if there are any liquor stores still have this or have an extra bottle willing to sell?

We still have some at our liquor store -- Richfield Municipal on 65th and Lyndale (kiddie-corner from the Hub shopping center). One bottle per customer.

i think i like the 2010 batch more than the 2009 one. although that 2009 might be tasting better right now with a year of aging under its belt. i really want to get a bottle of darkness and let it hang out for like 10 years. i bet it would be awesome...

I'm working on that one. Just 7 more years for the 2007.

Has anyone tried Surly Five yet? I grabbed three bottles at Skol Liquors, but haven't cracked any open.

Fun fact: Skol's web site proudly proclaims that their phone number is 612-RAW-BEEF.
