I've learned to have all digital music or records so I never have to borrow anything out because very few have record players and digital is easy to "share" Listening to some god speed you black emperor!

the new one? They were in detroit a number of weeks back and I would have gone except I found out only two weeks in advance. Logistics got in the way. Bummertown; I did get to see A Silver Mt. Zion at the cedar a few months back that was pretty cool.

Just gave Salem a listen. Reminds me a bit of Rustie, if you're looking to listen to some new stuff.

Just pulled a brick's width of records featuring Don Williams from my collection to run under the needle tonight. Perfection.

Oh, dang. I mean, shoot. Some Merle Haggard snuck in the stack. Other than the initial shock upon seening this alpha-catalogue transgression, I ain't sore about it at all. A serendipitous break from one crooner spinnin' tales of sorrow to another, that's all.
