The new Titus Andronicus album, "Local Business".
With each one of their releases, they just get better and better--which is insane because their last two albums destroyed my life with their sheer ass-kickery. This has got to be one of the best punk rock albums I've ever heard. The only downside: no literary/historical speech reenactments here (as on their previous albums), just face melting rock 'n' roll awesomeness.

I know Halloween is over, but the dark goodness of this is just so enigmatic. The whole thing here!

This afternoon is NIN - The Downward Spiral. Sorry, no pretty pictures.
Politics and NIN seem to work well together, at least for the cynical.

A facebook friend asked: Quote: Looking for people's thoughts on the electoral college...doesn't make sense to me that in a state where it would be crazier than plates falling from heaven for a mormon republican not to win, that my vote for obama won't actually affect the overall outcome whereas it would with a popular vote...let 'er rip folks! they're all good friends of mine and they are from here, check it out. I rehearse in the same building these guys did. (Andrew went oversease- Malaysia I think.) Super nice doodz. I am listening to: http://intothealgorithm.bandcamp.com/ Check out Trojans by them as well. Their newest is in the mail to my house along with a fancy T-shirt. -K

Tommy Mischke Podcast. Brilliant.
Now if only everyone in my cube farm would shut the fuck up and get to work so I could hear it...
