< Safety ~ Greenway Jumper?!

I was headed east on the Greenway last night (12-8) about 8:30pm, when I saw an ambulance enter the trail from the Nicolette entrance in the blowing snow. It drove to about Grand or Harriet, and there was a teenager or young adult girl laying in the bike path under a bridge moaning. A bunch of her friends were on the bridge looking over the side. It looked like she had jumped and broke her legs. Not sure what the full story is, and neither did the other bicyclists there.
