Shit. Had soooo much fun yesterday. It was humid as fuck. Everyone was dripping. But we played for a good 4 hours straight.
Great combo of people constanst 3 on 3 action!
Thanks for making yesterday one of those classic "leave my house and return 12 hours later dazed, confused, and happy" summer moments.
/edit oh and it was nice to meet the Canadians at polo. Make sure someone links to their photos they took.

Hear hear! I think that was the most non-stop session I've been to yet. I think it helped that it was actually cooler playing instead of sitting, because moving created a breeze! I'm glad I remembered to go home and put on sunblock halfway through - otherwise I'd have ended up the same color as my bike After this weather, I'm kind of hoping we get the chance to play one session in some nice cooling rain Quote: it was nice to meet the Canadians at polo.
Agreed!
I second the call for photos - everyone's, please!

We were thinking some drills tonight, too. Soccer players don't just play practice games all the time to get better, why would polo players be any different?

Ooh! I wanna, esp. since there's no Sunday polo this week, but I don't know if I'll make it or not...
That's OK, I spent a bunch of time on Sunday riding back and forth and shooting on the goal in between games.

So that's Raymond's boss. I guess we're back to "Because I SAY It is!" being justification for any & all arbitrary rules.

I reiterate, a permit for what? As soon as they can answer that question I'll shut my mouth.

glad I didn't stop by. was gonna on my way back from groceries at east side, maybe run some drills and shake off some noobiness so I could actually muster the confidence to show up and play a game, but sounds like things got busted. sorry to hear so
