The unicycle guy rocked.

What a great event. Nice to see Powderhorn evolve....like a giant rolling block party.

Yep, Dan Hanson solo'd the race on his 36-incher, taking 8th place in the men's solo division and winning the Hard Charger award. Moar Photos.

Hard Charger by Bjorn1101, on Flickr

Also, congrats to Minneapolis' Poisonous Scorpion Razerblades...En Fuego in their decisive victory in the A class. brandonb, ccskiandrun, BobbyDigital, SK, Nick and Chris did an amazing amount of riding.

24 hours on a Unicycle is amazing enough...but to finish in 8th place....good god...

How about the guy at checkpoint 2 for the full 24 hours? He started doing shots at around noon....

What was the flap about one of the teams cheating?

I see on their page it had something to do with Teams having more than one member on the course at a time...apparently having one member wait in line at bonus checkpoints, while another member keeps pedaling...

huh...I wonder how many teams did that.
