The last No Name of the summer is on. It's been nearly 10 years since me thrown an alley cat and still remember many stops from them races BITD. Me put together somethin special for those who show up. Me got some extra prizes to pass out so the first may get the loot but others will not leave empty bagged. Mark the calendar.

Bring 5 skins for entry to the Father Hennepin Bandshell. Race commences at 7:00 pm.

The race will be a blast and like the Men's Wearhouse...Me Guarantee It

All those gnome fools will be trying to figure out how to get their cars back from Wisconsin.

I'm going to try and be there.

I'll be on a 27 speed. They let me race with it at NACCC (or try to qualify and fail miserably) so I think it will be OK in a NoName.

Actually, I'll be riding an 81-speed (9X9). I'll miss having toe clips, though.

Much Thanks to the 11 racers for coming out, riding around town and not crashing. The race was made up of two manifests of 6 stops each downtown ending on the Loring Greenway. Steve was the big winner and reserves the rights to throw the next No Name. He whipped through town in just over an hour and even had time at the end of the race to go back to a stop and fix an error. Big Ups!!

The race started after the manifests were handed out at 7:03 and within a few minutes, downtown was peppered with No Namers. Finish results:

1 - Spamboo @ 8:04
2 - Radlerin @ 8:27
2 - Cheffelipe @ 8:27
4 - lala @ 8:37
4 - Marie @ 8:37
6 - Pike @ 8:27 -1
7 - Jerry @ 8:34 -2
8 - Kat @ 8:34 -3
8 - Sveden @ 8:34 -3
10 - Joe @ 9:07 called
11 - Tattoo Guy DNF

Huge apologies to Joe. There was a mass exodus from the finish around 9:00 thinking Joe rolled home but he called looking for us. Hope he made it to Applebees to meet up with everyone feasting on potato skins with extra Bacon Bits.

Kick ass race, gotta admit the second manifest threw me for a
loop. The course came down to knowledge of all the little fucked
up portions of downtown, at least 4 of the stops weren't intuitive
even looking at a map. We spend at least 1/2 hour looking for
821 north second ave...

Thanks PF!!

Even though Downtown sucks really bad I had fun.

Thanks for putting on a fun race. And thanks for the CRC t-shirt. I had toyed with getting one of those before.

Did race organizing all come back to you after the long break?
