I'll stick with my soloman toundras. Theyre aerogel, weigh a lot less, and can be used for sledding.

I seriously doubt they're worth the coin like just about every other Q branded product. The lack of information gives me pause as well. But I'm thoroughly sick of my mediocre, leaky, Lake winter boots so I pre-ordered a pair anyway.

neat, however, I'll still stick with flat pedals and box store hiking boots 2 sizes larger and two pairs of wool socks for 1/10 the price.

I am actually afraid to see these in a store because I might want them. Yes you can use any cheap boots, oversize, with heavy wool socks. But cheap hiking/work boots can be heavy and have big soles, which are good on the ground, but too wide for pedals. I'm thinking the Wolvhammer is light because no one is likely to be walking far in them, and fits nicely on the pedal.
I also assume that if you want to use platforms, the opening for cleats is securely filled by a knockout (or better yet a cutout) that isn't going to come loose or let in water. No clipless for me.
Actually I hope they're cr@p so I can feel smug about not spending the money.
