I was given some of this for my new Lake boots by a friend. He has it on like 4 pairs of boots, I put it on and submerged the lower part of the boot and when I took it out the water beaded up and just rolled off it. I am a believer. He said you can get a giant can of this stuff for no more than $6. Just heat the leather and apply by hand, it melts into the leather, once you keep putting it on and there is excess you are done. Wipe it away and enjoy your new water proof leather boots.
