I picked this bad boy up from Thrifty Outfitters for $110, which is almost $75 less than what it normally retails for.
Made in the USA, the stitching seems very sturdy. Either way it comes with a lifetime warranty so I'll have it until the day I die.
This thing does what all wool products do, it regulates your temperature. It works great as a stand alone or as a layer under a jacket or having layers underneath. Either way you stay dry and warm. It has a few reflective elements and it even looks decent as a regular shirt, I wear it when I bike to school and I don't worry about looking like a total tool sitting around in lycra.
I give this thing an A+ and would recommend one to anyone.
