Sorry I don't have a better description, but it didn't occur to me until I got home to post about it here.
I saw a black road bike with a chain lock looped around the frame (not securing the bike) in the northwest alleyway of Franklin and Third Ave. It was lying on its side near a fence, like it had been dumped. I hope someone was just leaving it for a few minutes, but Steven's Square is a prime bike stealing area so I figured I'd post here. It looked like it was in decent shape, so I picked it up and leaned it against the fence so it wouldn't get run over or anything. I hope it gets back to the rightful owner!
