I was taking the bus on Nicollet mall on Saturday at about 2:00 PM and I noticed a young black teenager walking nervously (and quickly) with a fixed gear or single-speed white Bianchi with white handlebar tape.

Please note that I'm not making the claim that the bicycle was stolen because he was black... the bike wasn't even close to the right size for him, and it was clear that he was in a nervous hurry.

He was walkin north on Nicollet mall with it.
